Terms and Condition for participating in the Awards and Gala

  1. The HR People Magazine Awards are organized by HR People Magazine in collaboration with its partners.
  2. All submissions for the HR People Magazine Awards must be completed and uploaded via the online system by the confirmed closing date.
  3. Entry deadlines may be extended at the discretion of the Organisers.
  4. All nominated organizations agree to abide by the judges’ decisions, and no correspondence, phone calls, emails, or any form of communication regarding          the final decisions will be entertained.
  5. All materials submitted in support of an entry is warranted by the entrant to be their property.
  6. Nominees should retain a copy of all submitted documents
  7. The organisers retain the right to request copies of submitted documents and materials
  8. You agree to indemnify and hold the organizers of the HR People Magazine Awards harmless against any claims arising from any materials, statements, or         claims included in your entry.
  9. Nominees agree that if they are shortlisted for an award, they will arrange for a representative to attend the ceremony and accept the trophy if they win. All      entrants and finalists are required to book and pay for a seat or table to attend the event
  10. The organisers reserve the right to withdraw a company from the shortlist at their own discretion and without discourse to the entrant.
  11. Permission is granted to the organisers to use any winner’s photographs, video, sound, written or other material as it sees fit and without restriction.
  12. Submissions received without the prerequisite information will be deemed invalid and withdrawn from the Awards.
  13. HR People Magazine Awards reserves the right to withdraw an entry from the judging process at any time if the submission is deemed inappropriate for            any reason.
  14. The organisers reserve the right to withhold an award in any category at their discretion, without obligation to the nominees in that category
  15. The HR People Magazine Awards will use the designated contact person on the submitted form as the primary point of communication
  16. If the name of the nominated contact person changes, HR People Magazine Awards must be informed immediately.
  17. Short-listed organisations or candidate may be required to provide additional information upon request from HR People Magazine Awards/Judges
  18. Judges cannot assess the submission of the company they work for, have or a relationship.
  19. The sponsor of an award category is not eligible for nomination in the same category they are sponsoring.
  20. Award winners may reference their achievement in advertising, promotional materials, and official stationery, but they must clearly specify the category              and the year of their win.
  21. The HR People Magazine Awards, along with all associated intellectual property, remain the exclusive copyright of HR People Magazine and are solely               owned by Maplewood Global Resources Limited. All rights reserved.
  22. HR People Magazine Award winners are expected to share ideas and best practices with participants and finalist when requested. This request must be             honoured. A refusal may result in withdrawal of the award.
  23. The HR People Magazine Awards reserves the right to revoke an award if it is found that false information was provided in the submission
  24. An award may also be withdrawn if the recipient or their organisation is found to have engaged in fraudulent activities or unethical conduct, such as                    supporting war crimes, slavery, or other violations against humanity.
  25. Participation in the awards signifies acceptance of all terms and conditions governing the HR People Magazine Awards.
  26.  All participants must abide by the code of dressing for the awards night and gala, failure will result in denial of access to the awards night venue. You will         not be refunded  payment for your table booking.
